The content below is in respect of the 10th Anniversary Fibre Fest 2019

and it remains in place to provide a flavour of the annual event.

We are delighted to welcome tutors and traders from all over Scotland and the North of England, and wish everyone attending Fibre Fest a wonderful weekend of fibre filled fun.

In 2019 we offered classes in knitting, crochet, needlefelting and wet felting, patchwork and Dorset Buttons.   Classes were available for beginners and those with a little more experience, and in addition adults and children had the opportunity to Learn to Knit for free.

All classes must be booked in advance, including the Learn to Knit class, as space is limited, but the drop-in sessions are free to all.

The 2019 Competition - Get your thinking hat on!

This years competition is again sponsored by the Royal Dornoch Golf Club and the theme is a handmade hat. Use your imagination to create something wearable from fibre, we look forward to seeing the results!    Entries must be handed into the West Church Hall by 12 noon on Saturday 9th March.
